So day 1 is over. we were just getting used to the place really. Arrived to a huge parking lot. after 20 min of walking finally made an entrance. we were kind of disoriented at first, the lockers were busted because the scorching heat, it took us 20 min to figure that out. Also adding to this was the constant flow of hot chics in bikinis and other clothing. yaaay!
Once that was over we headed to the main area. explored the installations a bit (which here pretty good, from the twisted truck thingi to the 3rd bulb thingi). we tried to stay all together but it was not gonna be easy. first headed to the main stage to see the breeders, it was pretty lame for me. So Carlos and I headed for refreshments. after that, it was dan la sec vs scropius pip. didn't fail to impress. next up we ended up at the last half of goldfrapp. didnt know her that well before the show but she but it was nice. definitely going to look more into that. next up was eating some gyros and then off to aphex twin in the electronic tent. gotta say this tent is laud. once i got tired of the twin's crazy high BRM beats headed of to see the verve. Probably the best show of the day. that dude is a stick dough. does enough drugs indeed. to finish off the night we back to the electronic tent to see fat boy slim. it was pretty disappointing. although i have never hear music so loud. you could feel the based hitting your chest! nuts! anyway sleep time now until day2.
